Launched the Optus FutureFit digital resilience workshop series demonstrating Optus Business’ commitment to helping Australian SMBs evolve and grow in a challenging economic climate. The free digital workshops were aligned to Optus’ brand rebuild strategy needed to deliver meaningful impact for regional SMBs and help close the digital skills gap that is costing the Australian Small business sector $9 million a day.

What we did
- Worked with a range of Optus stakeholders to manage the end-to-end delivery of five events across QLD, WA, SA, NSW and VIC. This included event management, speaker management, PR campaign, marketing campaign.
- We facilitated venue sourcing, logistics, on-site management, ticketing and attendee communications for all events.
- Developed a robust media campaign supporting attendee registrations and post event coverage.
- The FutureFit campaign secured media stories across online, print and broadcast and achieved an NPS score of 63.
