A recruitment campaign for Curtin Maritime to attract candidates
We developed ‘Navigate Your Passions’ for Curtin Maritime to attract stronger U.S.-based candidates to its training program. The campaign centered on rebranding the Labor Training Program as the Curtin Maritime Accelerator Program, supported by a refreshed, UX- and SEO-optimized website built for storytelling and conversion.
Featuring real employee stories captured during a two-day content shoot, the campaign delivered authentic video and photography rolled out via a strategic social plan – driving 500% follower growth and 27,700 website clicks. Shared with 500+ maritime school recruiters and supported by new marketing materials, executive profiling and media outreach (including CEO interviews), the work generated 2,206 applications and 165 high-quality hires.
